Yu joined Kpler with over 15 years of diverse maritime industry experience. He leads the commercial team for Maritime, covering ESG platforms and commodity/vessel tracking solutions. A licensed Master Mariner, Yu previously sailed on tankers and PCCs and held QHSE roles with ship owners/managers. His expertise spans navigation, compliance, audits, and commercial strategy. Yu has a strong background in business development, sales, and media engagement, bringing a well-rounded perspective to maritime innovation and client success.

Dimitris is a Maritime Risk & Compliance Manager with deep shipping industry expertise in risk assessment, governance, and data analytics. He has led the launch of industry-standard risk products and developed comprehensive sanctions and compliance protocols. At Lloyd’s Register, he was the go-to expert for Port State Control (PSC) analytics, delivering training to shipping professionals and developing emissions reporting and sanctions frameworks. Previously, he helped build the RISK4SEA platform at SAFETY4SEA. He holds Master’s degrees in IT Project Management and Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s in Statistics and Insurance Science.

Kota joined Kpler in 2025 as Commercial Sales Manager for the Maritime and Logistics sectors, based in Tokyo. He brings 13 years of industry experience across shipbuilding, vessel ownership and operations, and maritime data services. At Kpler, Kota focuses on driving regional growth and delivering value to clients across APAC, with a strong emphasis on the Japanese market. His broad background enables him to build trusted partnerships and provide strategic insights across the maritime value chain.

Damien See Toh is the Commercial Team Lead for APAC Maritime at Kpler, where he works with organizations across the Asia-Pacific region to leverage maritime intelligence, vessel analytics, and compliance solutions. Having held commercial roles across both MarineTraffic and Kpler, he brings practical expertise and the use of data-driven insights to improve transparency and decision-making across global shipping and trade.
